1. do i need to bring a tent ?
There are IC tents available on a first come first served basis. We try to keep OC tents to a minimum to keep up the realism and there is plenty of space to shove your stuff and get your head down for the night. If worst comes to worst OC tents will obviously be allowed. I usually bring a small one and leave it in the car if it's not needed.
Joichiro (6/27/2009) 2. Am i still able to lend some weapons again (because you said for the first two months)
One for Kieran to answer...
Joichiro (6/27/2009) 3. will i be able to buy some weapons there?
Andy Rimmer sometimes brings his own ware down to sell at the event but if you want something specific, ask him in advance of the events and he may be able to make something for you. Best to discuss things with him though. There are also many online shops that sell weapons, I can recommend Artyfakes for custom made stuff, LRP-Store and Eldrich tend to be fairly expensive for the stuff they make. Still, best to shop around and ask Andy for a price as well before buying.
If this was an IC question, Ronan has some spares lying around he may be able to trade for something useful.
Joichiro (6/27/2009) 4. would i be able to come down sooner so i can help out with the setting up ?
The more hands on deck the better, sort things out with Kieran beforehand though rather than just turning up unannounced. It's heavy work, even more so than ripping it down at the end but you do gain Handlers Renown for helping out and it's a rewarding job.

Hey,
Pete seems to have answered most of it extreemly well already. Unfortunatly I havent had a chance to be on much this week.
You are more than welcome to borrow weapons and costume with the same restrictions as last time. e.g. if we reeealllly need it to monster you hand it back for a while.
If your interested in helping out shoot me a pm with a list of days you are avaialble and when next week. I will be on site throughout the week.
Regards
