As I know it:

The wayfarers were dwarf heavy, but are now all dead/run away.
The Free Thoughts are supposed to be dwarf heavy (it is the dwarf faction), last event they were 50% orc! Only 2 of them were there last time, hopefully some more soon.
Ladrils: if you want to join be prepared to fight a lot!
Elves: I have no idea, but there's a lot of them.

Bravery will take you into the most dangerous of places
Overwhelming firepower will see you safely through them

PD: Was: Borris, Tea Clubs human shield. Now: Kibidachi Yoshikazu, humourless, not bestest badger.
EOS: Malak, hungry orc number 5.
Insurrection: Tondur Anazon. The application of unwise science to the practice of warfare.
Zeitgiest: Maximillian Bergmann Schmidt. Delicious heresy (extra crispy).

It would be nice to see some more intelligent Free Thought Radicals that get us thinking or even some sensible Wayfarers that get us trading.

I believe the Glove (elves) are at Max and I would guess that with the transference of crew to Ladrils they would be pretty close to full.

As long as you dont get me doing press ups and squat thrusts like you did in Jade Empires, it will be nice to see you again, Alex.

I'd totally recommend the Free Thought Radicals for that sort of character, Alex.  It's the most natural fit and also suits a lot of the themes.  I got your PM and will send you files when I get home tonight.

If you should happen to die, would you be over this dwarf thing?

You'd look great in an Orc mask

I am NOT going to throw LARP safe hamsters at zombies... or frogs!

Maelstrom: Sergeant Nice Guy, Cuddliest member of the Freeloaders.
Insurrection: Krull, Lieutenant of Duke Ladrill's second company... for now
Crusades: Jonah, Inquisitor General with a taste for burning people
Masquerades and Massacres: Tristan Roth, Navy Commander. Turns out he wasn't out of his depth, just never tried standing up.
Kingdoms: Crew, respawn is the key to short term immortality

Wait, that's actually happening? Is the age limit on the event just going out the window?

Joe's favourite sales pitch. XD

Nah, the age limit still stands (cos our insurance says so*!).  It's not like all (or even most) of the Ripley mob are gonna start playing -- they'd better not, anyway! -- and the bulk of them are over our minimum age anyway, so fear not.

*: The age limit is actually something we were really conflicted about introducing.  I started in the hobby when I was 11 years old, and Oli was 9 when he started, so it seems really mean to effectively "pull the ladder up behind us," but I'm pretty sure I'd've missed the point of a system like Insurrection when I was that young and I can see that younglings might really take away from people's enjoyment of what is hopefully a pretty dark, tense system.
