Can it be deemed as a hate site if it is true? Looks as though this Amir guy has got what he deserved, and has made me wary of guys with camera phones on public transport..

Can it be deemed as a hate site if it is true? Looks as though this Amir guy has got what he deserved, and has made me wary of guys with camera phones on public transport..I am informed from a friend that went there that cameraphones in Japan have to make a noise when they take a picture and that this noise can't be disabled for just these reasons.

| I'm confused, I'm directed to the same site twice, are the BBC lying? Is the person with the site lying? What does it mean? I thought from reading it that the person with the site was telling the truth and that the police had confirmed it, if anything. :-?
