now that I'm not semi-concious I can leave a proper thankyou!

First off to Joe and Oli for putting the whole thing together, never before has an event given me so many 'We are so dead' moments followed by so many 'how the fuck are we not dead?' moments. And of course the same to all other refs who managed to keep the words of the Gods flowing.

To the tireless crew that just kept on giving. Sorry we kept you waiting a couple of times but when things start happening, they tend to keep coming. It's always good to have as many of you as we can at the rituals, full circles and dancing always looks cooler. If you're thinking of playing next time, you'd all look great in Orc masks.

Rik, it just wouldn't have been the same without you. I was really struggling to maintain my pumped up Orcy demeanor and not just break down laughing at the ritual when you were telling us the tale of how you held your own internal oragans in for a year without moving or sleeping until the wound healed. Be brilliant to see you there again.

The other players, somehow we all managed to start working together more while trusting each other less. I see good thingsfor the future one way or another.

FAO Zabrak. Your personality has kept you alive longer than you think *grin*. Your great fun to RP with from an elven POV, in fact the orcs are my favourite outside of the glove to rp with.

If there were RP awards tho, imho they would go to Rick? The orc teacher of school of war? who in his words captured the essence of orcs for me and the smuggler elf, who I think was Paul? (terrible with names) for his excellent speeches in the face of adversity.

Hope to see all of you guys at the next one

Its ZAGGRAKK! I dunno, you save the word and still nobody rememebers your name!

Dose that mean we get a invite to an elven dance?

Firstly, all of you kind people are very welcome indeed.  Keep saying nice stuff and we'll keep being mean.

We don't do rewards for good roleplaying (not least because there's quite a lot of good roleplaying sloshing around our events from players and crew alike, and that's something we really appreciate) but if we did, I like to think that we'd phrase it that we don't reward success so much as punishing failure ;-)

Definitely seconded here; I was reffing the ritual and had to bite my own hand not to start guffawing.  I salute you, sir.

Damnation, I feel I should have taken Tom's offer of jobbing me at the start of the event so I could come back as an orc and get involved with the rituals as from all accounts they sound like they were both very fun and great roleplaying.

Three guesses what I'll be playing next... Especially as I realise I dont think I've ever played an orcoid before for some bizarre reason.

Expect an email pestering you with ideas sometime in the near future Joe

Thanks for all the love guys, means a lot I had such a wicked time at teh event you wouldn't believe, i was s worried that i'd be stuck or just have to sit out for most of it but all your help in getting me around made it so brilliant for me and such good fun that i felt even more obliged to work my arse off so you could all have a good event in return it's set the bar far too high for the rest of my season tho but i can't begrudge it for that.

So yeah after that odd show of emotion, thanks again for being there to listen to my mad stories and thanks to you all, Tom especially, for going along with my mad rambelings and not picking holes in the massive illogic of it all so i did indeed feel wise Will defo be there for the next one, am nagging the NHS as we speak so i can dance for you all next time round.

Insurrection ROCKS

I think we both made each other look wise! It's worrying the amount of damage two like minds can do, I worry that to some we even seemed wise!! If nothing else, we made elves dance, dwarfs get wood and the ancestres listen.
So if all goes well and your dancing again, will it be to Orc drum or elven song? Or will you remain as crew?
