Massive disappointment!!!

That is the same weekend as one of the CP events and as most of us help run CP we will be unable to make this one. I am unbelievably gutted

D'oh!  That's not a terribly convenient date or site

What other sites would you normally use ? I'm definitely interested in turning up some time this year but Candlestone is an expensive pain in the arse to get to [especially if it turned out I didn't enjoy myself].

In the past we've used The Quarries, Horley, Barnswood and Middlewood.

Hiya,

Yay for event.

Bigger boo for the missing.

Putting the excitement and disappointment aside for the moment, will there be electricity available to power computers etc?

Greg.

IIRC candlestone is entirely electricity free. That said i haven't been there for awhile and don't know if organisers have nifty electricity generating plans.

the campsite does have a generator, and is in my oppinion one of the best (if not the best) larp sites in the UK its deffinatly one of the most versatile.

it also grants exclusive use and is available to non scouts outside of the winter months

ill just be happy to play serenity, its a whole heap of fun.

Sadly I can't make the date, too "in season" for me. Can't get time off work in June!

How to see folks at the next one.
