Event was.... odd, people seem to have really enjoyed it and I have some fantastic memories but the whole thing did not go to plan.

Pro.'s Site was fantastic! Lovely little iron age village, fantastic staff, wonderfull gulley filled woodland, the players pulled together to make sure there was food and costume for the new people and plot both of there own making and to try and complete mine (a viscious moral dillema made worse by npc's who had there own agenda).

Con.'s The site was cold and muddy, made dangerouse by sliding mud and deep gullys. Some of the rules where unclear, and this caused some confusion, there was (dare I say it) to much combat, for a system with such dangerouse combat rules. This was not helped by a lack of healers in the player group and internal conflict.

I had a fantastic group of crew turn up (including one young man who bless him turned up for the wrong event and decided to crew for us!! I hope he had an amazing time!!) unfortunatly due to not knowing them (or even hearing from them) before the first evening of the event I had no way to brief them before they arrived or even send them the plot or rules so they got away from me a little on the saturday (if your reading this it was my fault! You guys where fantastic!) and that lead to further confusion among the players as there where one or two odd encounters.

In total though I remember smilling faces and desperat people trying to survive and thats what the event was about!
