Should enough of your members ever vote against your suitability for your position you will be replaced. You are to keep tack of the resoures but may use them as you wish. You will also record all caravan members official votes/ meetings and the results of these meetings.
Running a faction is not a cheap way of ensuring your own comfortable survival and wealth. Faction stores should be used to promote the faction and the well being of the caravans members. Do not use the faction stores to assist outsiders or none faction members who are not benefiting the faction directly.
As your faction grows (npc members included) and you influence more people you will have increased power during votes and thus elections. Elders will rarely support one faction over another openly. Faction leaders cannot be Elders.
Ensure you give this position the honor it demands.
