Since quite a few people seem to want some kind of rough overview map, I have constructed just such a thing. Elven lands hug the coast, dwarf lands are the mountains to the east and west, and the orcs have whatever's left...

So if those are the mountains, and that's the Orc lands, that means that the Hinterlands will be... oh my... those Gully Dwarves are not positioned very well at all are they

Finally putting the OC date together with this map in my head, the costume for a human suddenly comes together into the beautiful words 'wrap up nice and warm'.

Incidentally, the area covered by that map is about 3,700km vertical by 3,500km horizontal (that's 2,300 miles vertical by 2,200 miles horizontal, Imperial fans!).  The distance from the bottom of that lake to the south coast (so the really narrow bit of land) is about 350km (220 miles).

Wait... You feed slaves to your slaves? Won't that result in some form of BSE?

Ah. I think we've sussed out how this Faith malarky thing originated.

Technically HSE, surely?

This does raise an interesting question: Do humans object to eating Elf (or dwarf or orc)?
