Yep, been doing this a long, long time in the South, at Broadsword it was LRP, at Kingdom of the Skull it was LRP, at Shadow Realms LRP it is LRP, at Dumnonni it is LRP, soooooooo, nope, ain't a southern or even westcountry thing. Just misguided........and wrong. Oh, and I'll be sure to ask an ex-Trouble at Mill player his view shortly ........but somehow I think I already know.

The older I grow, the less tolerant of idiots I become.

I do the odd time say larp, if i'm feeling lazy. But to me its LRP.

Having grew up in the south west and started LRP in the late 80's it was LRP in the south west (exeter)then, at both F&H and dumnoni. At uni in Nottingam, it was LRP also. LARP is a term i saw first in magazines (ironically I think it was an old magazine called LRP, or Live Role Play) and later on the internet.

erm basically what mark $ said.

I was under the impression LARP was an american term.
