iive liked the concept of LARP for around a year now and i was wondering if there were any LARP places that would accomadate 14 (nearly 15) year old, in an event with out any ristricted fatures.

P.S my parents not having to go would also be a bonus thanks

PP.S forgot to mention it must be in the South West as i live in England

The Camarilla (the official Live Action club for White Wolf's World of Darkness) might be an option, although I don't know the policy on under 18s. It's quite a different kettle of fish from the other games you'll read about here (it's indoors, for one thing).

Bicester, Devon and Reading are probably the domains closest to you.

EDIT - On closer reading, you need to be 18.

We have a local celtic myth larp every 3rd sunday in bristol.  Pm me ofr more info.

You might also want to try www.bloodredroses.co.uk, down near exeter, which is very young-person friendly.

You might have a problem regarding Horror roleplay, most systems are very intense and don't allow under 18's because of the adult themes that are used

A lot of games will let under 16's attend with a 'responsible adult'. This doesn't have to be a parent, but does need to be someone with the written permission of your parents to be responsible for you throughout the event.
This is usually to comply with the safety regulations and the insurance policy, so I'm afraid I don't know of any game which lets unaccompanied minors attend. You probably won't be able to larp on your own until you are sixteen.

If it is any help, any friend or friend of the family can be a 'responsible adult' so long as they are over 18 and your parents have named them and signed the appropriate form. I know it can be quite difficult to persuade parents to come larping. I'm 27, I've been larping for ten years, and my mum still thinks it's a crazy hobby...
