What's wrong with "Black Death"? I think it works perfectly. Maybe this is just because I've been following this idea from conception, but the thought of a game with the name "Black Death" immediately conjures up the thought of medieval survival horror.
All terms used above, including crew, monster, team, ref, referee, game, win, lose, larp, lrp, player, character, death, good, bad, rubbish, awesome and odorous are used subjectively.
