You're right about that.

The documentary now has a bit more shape to it than it did when I attended EOS and it's focus now is looking at LARP as a "normal" hobby which is no more bizarre than some mainstream hobbies. If it's asking a question it's something like "What goes on at a LARP?".

I like some of the suggestions so far, I've got about a week an a half to finish and I intend to make a nice title screen for the film so hopefully I'll come up with something fairly swiftly.

How about

"If you go down to the Woods today"

A bit mouthy?

EOS - Book now, thank me later.

I was going to copyright my posts... but then remembered this is an LRP forum!

Zen and the Art of Cross Country Pantomime?

Oooo... Hicks with Sticks By Law 28 states that anyone who refers to LRP as anything to do with cross country panto gets a ban.

But.... but.... that's how I describe larp to non-larping friends and they like it....

DON'T BAN ME!! My life will be worthless without a game to play Jarn in!

I like it but yeah, it's a bit wordy. As a point of reference, the films working title was "random encounter". Now that the films sole focus is LARP and not RPGs as a whole it doesn't really work anymore, but it'll give you all an idea of my thought processes.

Perhaps I'll find something n one of my interviews, but keep the ideas coming!

A director friend of mine (nothing grand only music vids and suchlike), drunkly thought of:

Rubber Knights - LRP, fetish or fantasy.

It'd get all the wrong kind of attention on DVD sales but in a funny kind of way. A perfect title for a LRP documentary?

I agree with WillM - "Changing Faces" is quite a good one. It doesn't have a terrible gaming-related pun, it plays on both the acting aspects of LARP and the "cover yourself in crazy makeup and masks" aspects, and it doesn't mention "cross country pantomime".

Do I look good in green?
