A rather large length of tartan cloth, wrapped round me like some sort of celtic-toga (!?!?)
My hands and face (but not my neck, arms, shoulers, legs, basically, the rest of my monkey-flesh ) painted red because I was some sort of red elemental. In a tartan toga.
In my defense; bigger boys did it to me, while I stood about looking baffled. Pictures may exist.

My first ever char, cleric of the Trickster god, sporting black jeans, Doc M's, and a white lace-up long-sleeved woolen shirt thing I found in a charity shop which I spraypainted lots of different colours. Eventually got replaced by a red silk shirt and the most amazingly wonderful pair of hi-colour trousers mankind has ever seen.
A close second is the jerkin I stitched together incredibly poorly as a trapper at LT. In my defense, it was meant to look bad, but not that bad. I replaced it with furs and a harness, but I still use it as peasant kit sometimes.

My worst but most fondly remembered piece of costume: a (white) full body fur suit with tail and ears when I played a were-gerbil "wardlord" at LT. There were only four of us, so I don't know why a "warlord" was needed. Wore some really nice chainmail though which didn't really make up for it.

I did end up dressed as a transexual orc in fishnets once, but in my defence it was as a favour for someone doing an orc magic show. Luckily I believe there are no pictures in existance...i hope.
