For anyone wishing to attend Event 11 and pay on the gate (£55), here's the info:

Ullesthorpe Scout Campsite, Leicestershire 7th-9th December 2007

Route: from south and east
A1M J21, A14 West (Kettering), M1 J20 Lutterworth, A5 (north) right about 2.5 miles, Ullesthorpe (eastward) right, go left (north) before Ullesthorpe towards Frolesworth, with Claybrooke Parva on the right, site about a mile on the left.

From elsewhere:
M1 J21 or M6 J2 to the M69 J1 (Hinkley or Burbage), A5 south about 3.5 miles, Ullesthorpe (east)left, left (north) before Ullesthorpe towards Frolesworth, site about a mile on the left.

Additional: Ignore the Pava prev. mention – the online map I used before is cock.
If you find FROLESWORTH, you need to go south towards ULLESTHORPE, past two turnings on the right and the site is on the right, before Ullesthorpe and a hotel are reached. Do not turn off towards Claybrooke Magna.
If you are at ULLESTHORPE, head north towards FROLESWORTH, going past a hotel and the Ullesthorpe Court turn-off. The site is on the left. This is 400m before a left which takes you past Claybrooke Grange towards Claybrooke Magna.
Anyone finding themselves next to Claybrooke Grange, needs to head away from Claybrooke Magna back to the T-junction of the Frolesworth/Ullesthorpe road and turn right towards Ullesthorpe again.

Site Info
Ullesthorpe Scout Campsite

Please take care when entering & leaving the site. The entrance is narrow and at busy times the car park and approaches to the site can be very crowded. Vehicles are not permitted beyond the inner gates from the car park onto the site.

Anyone arriving after time in (9pm) must leave all OOC stuff in your cars, until time-out.

Players bunks will be in The Goodacre Centre. Hot showers and toilets along with the main kitchen - no cooking utensils or pans provided, please bring only what you need to avoid clutter.

Crew will be bunking in Don's Den. There is a nearby field kitchen ( might not be in use) and separate toilet block.

Fires: altar fires only. Limited supply of wood.

Rubbish: please take all your rubbish with you when you leave. Make sure you take at least one bag to help us out!

It would seem unlikely that there would be a game in June considering *who* is getting married, and the likely guests.

Not to mention, stag, hen and honeymoons ... I think June is a write off.

Planning to attend next Rifty, gief dates so I can kaibosh other games!

Due to 'that life thing', I doubt we can look at one before late august/September. My most likely date at this point will be Halloween time as per, but I would like to try for a September date. There is now way of running one earlier I'm afraid.
