Congratulations! Though I think you're mad to run an event so soon after the birth - my wee girl's now three weeks old and I couldn't imagine doing anything like that stressful within the next few weeks. Phenomenally rewarding though she is, she's also exhausting.

Event 12 "Beyond the Grave"
“....and in admittedly uneasy conjunction with the 5th Skirmishers, the Gar-Risone Council Taskforce will be assessing the new situation at our eastern borders. Central to this includes the issue below.
47E25N (approx. 70km W.S.W. of the valley of Read Me) lies scouting outpost Gravehill. It is currently subject to a long-overdue reinforcement and restock, now possible following the easing of the Com-Trow conflict. The warriors there have communicated several new issues that have arisen:
an established Screaming God Cult presence has inexplicably receded
an ancient A.I. system (part of the fabric of the original structure) previously investigated and declared defunct has apparently re-activated. It has begun with some sporadic communication but is otherwise proving both elusive and evasive
a nation of southern Shengui have, during the last year, occupied the hills further
east and they have recently had warbands in the area. As yet there have been few exchanges, but they seem to have little regard for the humans along this border. The captain is aiming to open more diplomatic dialogue with them, in the hope of ‘clarifying’ our positions.
local nomads have begun to shun normal communications for unknown reasons.
At the end of the first month of the year, a detachment from the Defender taskforce will meet with the captain to arrange necessary actions and liase with allies who wish to take an interest.
Light to You,
Hector, Avatar 31 ...............”

Event 13 “Dividing Lines” – At The Temple
IC:
Document 13... Streetjacking............
Directory: All..
Copy to: Hardc
From: Cyberate Household, Red, Sam, Chief
Hey, listen up. Intercepted this and we have an opinion: ///
“....as of this communication the Council of Westlitside, Gar-Risone, declare Commander Usta of the 5th Skirmishers of Com-Trow to be under arrest. In spite of her long courageous defence of Com-Trow and previous service to her people, she has recently overstepped her bounds. Firstly by her draconion actions in taking direct control over Com-Trow. Secondly (and worst) by then abandoning her responsibilites there to disappear on an undisclosed mission to some Shengui ruins in the south, in response to intelligence gained from a source that is unsavoury at best and treacherous at worst. She has left her city bereft of both herself and a substantial number of warriors. We expect any responsible Defenders and other westlitsiders to act on th....” ///......Right you lot, you see their decision has been made. Now here’s our say: they’ve got a bloody nerve treating her like this after everything she’s done for her town. Who sent ships to see if City needed aid recently? Her, not their Council, who are more bothered by the damn shengui messing about on their eastern border than helping their neighbours. We suggest that anyone who wants her side of the story go and find her first. Oh, and we’ve had word from Xephi that the nanolords have an issue with this same region (54E18N) because something of theirs has been stolen, probably by the usual cult nutters...here it is..///...message -Macready, T.F. tracking info since loss of AI desig. Charles. Traces indicate southward trail through Ruunar territories and beyond. Discreet Fragment-tracking and calculations indicate optimum interception point will be at 54e18n at a major ruin of Shengui origin....unengaged personnel are asked if they could help Macready retrieve AI desig. Charles. With thanks...///...add to this a shengui warzone and it looks like it might get a bit interesting around there.

RW3 Event 14 "Adaptions" - Feb 5th-7th
directoryjackingmudfishbeta58487/8583....*>..well, word gets out y'know....it's my talent man..I know stuff....look if the Stain-Faces have a problem with this, they'd be crashing us already....
...........Unwelcome news everyone: Com-Trow is in flames and it isn't Eldriss to blame. Seems a small war has broken out into the streets...and bad news for City - it happened whilst they had a goodwill mission there and word is both Kharnan and Doosh have lost major people.....Some poor sod made it back on the last reserves of their medfit and told some pretty nasty tales... Boat barely intact..............
A few pics have, let's just say 'leaked', from his HCU at K.Admin...got some here in front of me...mostly confused street shots, they got jumped by something...got well lost trying to make it back to their boat...a few of local types, some legging it and some fighting. Most aren't great res..but it really seems like a free-for-all, men fighting beasties, beasties fighting alongside men against others...crazy...and what's that black thing there?........hey there's even a dead-looking dude in the background there...man he's got less meat on him than those rat-sticks you keep buying.....gotta be a mask....
Anyway, the Westers aren't too happy either, as they sent a hefty mixed force of those lizard dudes...skakiers? huh?..oh skukiers...right well, sent them to help sort it out and they've vanished right off the map too...
Needless to say, whilst sympathy has come in from all quarters of our little continent, Lady D. is volcanic right now.
Rumour has it not only is one of the missing close family and a valued officer, but it's also reckoned he was there for more than just goodwill. Talk of some illicit rendevous... weapon-trading or some-such bull...Either way, she deployed her legendary charms all over the local Eldriss they say...and get this: they are willing to give full, open equipment Permissions to any Manbasians who take part in a Doosh/Kharnan mission to find out what's going on....
....Gar-Risone is livid cos the Eldriss are not responding so well to their requests for the same. They want clear info' from anyone reliable and willing to go look. Anyone else think the Stain-Faces could easily take a peek for us?...wait guys, we got a cut-in on th/!/!/!/!Native recipients please await information message, Eldriss Ship-System J6, op-comms, Natives Division - "Confirmation of general data recieved. Operations currently regards Com-Trow as Native issue. Whilst settlement is in Westlitside territory, the Westlitside Council has unfortunatley used this period quota on weapons Permissions on primary Skukier mission. Doosh initiative has our sympathy. Manbasians joining a Kharnan/ Doosh representitive will be given open equipment Permissions upon leaving Manbas. No travel restictions are in place. Any Eldriss present will be of no concern to you."/!/!/!/!.......well I could call that rude... anyway a Kharnan boat is taking any mission to some tiny cove away from Com-Trow - they are going to meet a Wester guide at an old rest-stop in the open land southeast, at 32E31.5N.......hey look at this picture...that's a Xadacian uniform isn't it?..can't see the face..and you know what...I reckon that one there look.....that's that Usta chick isn't it?................................
