how do you delete private messages once read?...

obviously living up to my name here but i cant see how to delete my private messages once i have replied etc

Tick the ones you want to delete and then open the radio box at the bottom highlighting the "delete" option. then hit the button on the right.

After this you have to empty folders (on the left) tick the deleted items folder and click to empty it.
