Anyway what are 'Emos'. I've been happily nodding whilst people discuss 'Emo Kids' etc whithout actually knowing what they are. I kind of know what they look like, but what are they, where do they come from, what's it all about?

Emos are a spawn of Punk and Goth. Emo comes from "emotional" and unsurprisingly enough Emo is all about your inner feelings and desires. Quite different from Punk and simillar to Goth. That answers the "where did they come from" and "what're they all about" questions.
There's a lot more in it. It's as hard as tracing back the history of metal music

Emos are emotialonaly hard core man, no one understands what they are going though or the emotions they feel... their teenagers with sight jeans and hair over there eyes with one streak of colour in it.
