Since the re-working of the scavenging tables etc to take into account new races and items specialities are now chosen from the location type to better represent the type of places you prefer to search.

Explorer/ Adventurer may choose 'Ruins' whilst a thief would probably choose 'Urban' areas.

Scavenging bonus points allow an additional roll as though the user possessed another point as opposed to re-rolling within a particular section.

Also boats improve your carrying cap and don't count towards your carrying capacity. You do however need to return to the territory they are moored in.

Just a heads up to let people know how the website is coming along.

I am currently workign through alot of the old background and working out a solid timeline. Graham has done wonders with the wiki and its looking superb.

When the wiki is up there will be a general section which anyone can look at and other sections only avilable to people with the correct lore skills.

Ooh i like the idea about the lore sections

Do you get to see it even if you dont have the skill, but come from a certain culture, like elves or penmirthian for example, or will this be covered in the general section?

The general section.

Without the appropriate lore you wont have access to the other sections.
