Please find below and attached the details of an event we are running the weekend of the 16-17th of May 2008. As it says below this is a one-off fun event.

Event  Details
“The Lodge” is a one off, LARP event loosely based around the 18th Century swashbuckling era. (Long frock coats, hats, swords and flintlocks are the order of the day.)
 
The event will take place on the 16-17th May 2008 at the Horley scout camp site, Wroxton, Near Banbury.Cost to play the event is £35 each. Your place will be booked and confirmed once payment is received.

Player parties can be made up of up to six players, although less is fine. Player places are strictly limited to 42.

The event is self catering with camping facilities and access to good showers. There will be a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities on site but there will be no bar this time.

Creating a character

You have largely free reign when creating characters for this event. All we ask is that they must be either noble or have close allegiances to your chosen noble, who is within your faction. Given the nature of the invitation from Lord Underwood, we suggest it is likely that your faction has in some way fallen out with some more senior noble figures, suffered in some way as result and is keen to set things right (In whatever way you see fit to ‘sort things out!’). Any queries, however, get in touch and we’d be happy to guide you in the
right direction if you’re stuck.
