| All, Are there any regular weapons practices going on in the South Yorkshire area? I'm really keen to get a bit of OC fighting in as I'm desperately out of practice. If there isn't already one going, then would people be interested in a regular OC weapons practice in Rotherham/Sheffield? Jimbob

| We run an informal sword practice club in Elsecar every thursday night. mostly wooden bokken and metal swords, but half of us are LARPers. Mail me (or PM on here) for more details. Nevvyn/Iain

| I am the co-organiser of a new LARP group in the North West called Northern LARP. The setting for the game is Fantasy/Blackpowder. We are currently running two linear based games on each second Sunday of every month, so you can be guaranteed a chance to play and a chance to monster at each game. We have players who come over from Huddersfield for the game and provide lifts if travelling is a problem.
