Hello all.
I was at the play test and was playing a fighter type, as i find it is the easiest way to learn any new system, by hitting people and being spelled at some. Not sure what i will do now we are doing the first real event, so will have a look at that handbook i saw there this morning.
See you there!

I'll be turning up to Refuge as soon as Kieran scheduals an event I can make. Damn his eyes. I'll be playing something still unsure what yet- depends on kit etc..
Don't hug me I'm British, we only show affection to dogs and horses.

Hi Kieran, Rob here.
Sorry I couldn't make it (not enough days off left).
Small1 tells me it went well.
When are the next games planned for?

| You took on the role of the quartermaster jordan so I will speak to you about your duties at the event. The food supplies listed within the caravans possessions are for the caravans use only, players will not be given supplies unless they trade in rewnown for them. I will send you an updated equipment list soon and again at the start of the event. Hope that helps Regards Refuge

| There is no check or payment needed before the event and a bookings address will be made available at the event itself. Bookings are primarily there to give us an idea of how many players to expect at the event itself. As for the fighting we had elves and other creatures sneaking into the camp up until 2am. It is a harsh world and combat is fairly frequent, though by no means the dominant aspect of the game iself.

| Opps that made no sense, The booking number is available from the 'events' section of the website and the website will be updated to show the booking email as soon as I get to my computer. Payment will be taken at the event itself.

So is anyone here thinking of joining one of the established factions as detailed in the life of the caravan section of the website? As far as i am aware, no one has taken up the mantle of leader of these factions, but this may be due to not everyone knowing much about them, so the positions are free at the moment.
Alternativly, you don't have to join a faction, and can remain freelance if you wish, however having a group of people working to the same guidelines would make life somewhat easier.
Or why not form a faction of your own, with a goal more to your liking? We don't want it to be limited to the four factions detailed in the background, they are just the ones currently exist.
