I’m currently putting together a very dark larp game in the Hertfordshire area. I can’t go into much detail on the forum but what I can say is it will not be a standard horror game and should be a rewarding role-playing experience for crew as well as players.

I need at least 4 more people, any age but I need at least one female in her 20’s or 30’s and it would be nice (though not necessary) to get someone who has some knowledge of the law/police (or at least someone who’s watched the Bill and CSI allot) as I need a convincing officer. Also, I will be making prosthetics for some characters that might require casting, so if you have a problem with that, like suffering from claustrophobia then please tell me so I can work around it.

Crewing will be free and I may even be able to help with travel expenses (budget permitting), But would prefer it if you were relatively local to make things easier.

Sorry to be vague about these details, the plan was to give people more info outside the forum to avoid giving too much away to my players but I suppose you are right as I probably will not get any response if I don’t give some more info.

  The game will take place in st.Albans, it revolves around 5 players and will last for one month will. I’ve got most of the crew but still have a few critical vacancies that can only be filled by people that the players have never met, this is most important as much of the horror of this game will rely messing with the players perception of reality.

 The players will begin the game on the 28^th of august. I’ll not need the additional crew for then but I will have to meet them ASAP to find out which role will be best for them and to discuss casting. I obviously do not expect these people to be on call 24 hours a day, I’ll only need you 1 to 3 times depending on the character you end up playing and due to the nature of the game dates that you are needed can be altered a little to suit. Food and drinks will off course be paid for and accommodation will be sorted if its needed.

 Hope this has made thing clearer, though as I re-read it I think it will possibly just cause more confusion sadly I can’t give anything else away.

 If it works as planned, this will be a very special (hopefully not big crayon special) event.
