As you guys all know, I have to drive a van to the event, a van which will be full of crew kit.
I will also need to make a trip to the Tesco that is up the road from the site, and would rather not have to remove the van from the crew whilst they are still unloading.
Therefore, is there anyone who is getting there early-ish that would be willing to run me up to the Tesco?

| All the players and crew who have booked for the event should by now have recieved a mail containing details of directions for the event and other OOC details. If you have not recieved this mail, please let me know as soon as possible and include a current, working address. Personal character briefs will follow either tonight or tomorrow depending on when I can find the time to spend attaching the files and sending them... Those of you who have been asked to supply audio files could you please do so before Tuesday so they can be properly edited and manipulated before the event.

| Copied from e-mail to group: According to the weather reports it is likely to be VERY cold this weekend. Friday is listed as -4/5 degrees so you may want to put your brass monkeys away. There is a high chance of snow.I strongly advise that you all bring warm and wet weather clothing and extra blankets etc. The huts are heated and I don't plan to have you wandering too far away from the hut (a couple of forays into the woods, maybe, depending on what you plan to do IC) but nothing too long.We are also allowed to have fires out on the field so long as they are above ground - altar fires, braziers etc - so those playing combat characters (and therefore likely to be stuck out in the cold and dark for hours on guard) may want to bring a BBQ, brazier or similar. There will be hot tea and coffee and hot chocolate available for all players and crew. Does anyone want anything else warm food/drink wise provided, perhaps to cover special preferences/allergies?

I'm not sure which Tesco you are referring too but as I live in the area and have the entire day at my disposal, so can turn up when I'm needed, I am willing to drive you.
