Having investigated your account I found that indeed you have severely abused our PM system, behaved incredibly agressively, and furthermore sent hatefull and vitriolic messages to our members, and as such completely betrayed the trust Allen afforded you in offering you a clean slate here at Rule7 despite your past indiscretions. In short summary, enough is enough, you are in Grievous breach of our rules, and terms and conditions, and treading a fine line legally with regards your conduct towards our members.

I am absolutely horrified at what came up in your account investigation. As such, I have absolutely no further recourse but to ban you from our system, and remove all rights, privilages and services afforded to you by myself, in the provision of Rule7. I have never felt the need to exert a total, lifetime and permanent ban on anyone, but in this case I feel there is absolutely no other option.

To make clear: Your account is banned, your IP is prevented from further account registration, we expect that you will NOT sign up another account via any means of subverting this ban, should you do so, we will be forced to consider opening legal proceedings against you for Unauthorised access to a computer system. You are no longer welcome here. Period.

This announcement has been made public, so that anyone ELSE who receives harrassment, or has received harrassment is aware of the course that has been taken in response to complaints made by the membership, and to make you aware, that if you receive harrassment from the above mentioned member (Dingobrain/Roy Blewitt), or any other member for that matter, we will investigate the issue if it is brought to our attention, and take any action neccesary based on the individual circumstances, as noted in point 21 of our terms and conditions.

Furthermore anyone who has been harrassed, receives such in future; you are completely entitled to contact us for assistance, confirmation, or provision of records regarding communications directly towards you, to assist you in filing legal papers against such a member, if you feel compelled to do so, and we will of course co-operate with any legal or government agency as needed/neccesary.

We will absolutely not tolerate this behaviour on our forums, and I furthermore will not ALLOW it to take place on my system, it is completely unacceptable.
