Does anyone have any idea if they have released any pre painted figures for the games or any one suggest a line of figs which could be used.

Wargames Foundry do some great Ancient and Medieval figures which are mostly pretty suitable for Conan - medieval guys for Hyborians, Ancient Germans for Cimmerians, Vikings for Nordheimers, Ancient Egyptians for Stygians, Bibilical geezers for Shemites and so on.
