If you cut and paste your ebay link into the box for your comment,
then select the entire piece of text you've just pasted into your box so that the text of the link is highlighted,
then press the little web link button that looks like this 
then paste the ebay link again into the dialogue box that comes up
then it looks like this.

Which is much easier than it sounds in practice and helps people find your stuff more easily.
