Song of Steel (club for linear Treasure Trap type stuff) runs largely in the Manchester area. There's also a site near Barnsley that LT groups have used in the past. A group of people up towards Durham and Newcastle have a group called Furorae Normanni (I'm sure I've spelt that wrong). Err... then there's the Sheffield Camarilla (indoor LARP) hub.

I'm probably missing loads.

Durham University Treasure Trap (DUTT) runs in Durham on Monday nights (Tavern Nights) and Saturdays (linears). We're happy to have anyone, student or not. Current size is about 40 regular attenders, of whom ~15 are non-students. Website is here.

I was going to run for parliament, because I want to make the world a better place, but I ran into some old friends and went out for a beer instead.

It does? Damnit, a LARP in Sheffield that I didn't know about!

theshoveller (11/8/2007) A group of people up towards Durham and Newcastle have a group called Furorae Normanni (I'm sure I've spelt that wrong).

Furore Normanum. Ah, you're close enough.

Hello! Feel free to join the Facebook group and we'll keep you posted - should we ever get organised.

Not for google, I'm sure. My grasp of Latin is questionable.

Fools and Heroes Leeds has a message board

http://www.goandlarp.com/phpBB2/index.php

For more details, post on the OC board and one of the branch Referees should get in touch.

The branch runs pretty much every month on the first sunday (and 5th sunday when they happen)
