| I have a fair amount of sympathy for them. The article implies German law is at fault here and if it is the case that no contractual licence can be established owing to the clauses in relation to IP then I would agree it is an issue with their legislation.

| Having said that, I worked on "Dark Omen" many moons ago, and can attest to how protective GW are with their material. It'll probably turn up on YouTube at some point

Personnally I think the it's being a tad overcooked, the quality really just made me think of some of the northern european larp films that are banging around, nice, but hardly theatrical. And really, were I to shat 10 grand on making a fan film I'd check where I stood on copyright before I actually did it. Still wouldn't mind seeing more shots of the kit, would be a good inspiration for a 40K larp...any excuse to do an Ad Mech...
