So I need a large marquee for an event next November. Something nice and big as a crew tent and hideaway.

Anyone got a large one they would be willing to hire, much rather our budget went to another group than some money grabbing marquee company.

Looking for something around 10m x 6m but would be willing to compromise.

E-mail Matt Pennington nicely and he may comply. The PD marquees have been seen at a few events that aren't PD.

We have a large IC tent but it is not a marquee and probably not suitable for your needs - it is too open fronted to be useful as a crew hideaway.

If the crew area is entirely OOC you may be able to get away with some gazeeboes linked together with walls or a portable car port.

Thanks I'll give them a try. Just for info I would want the tents down in Devon. Anyone close (ish) by?

Alternatively speak to your local TA centre, they are usually pretty good at loaning their mess tents etc out, for a nominal deposit (returnable if tent comes back undamaged)

Hello, I have a 24' by 20' bedouin tent in black canvas with colourful guy ropes. Very "in character". We have slept up to 20 people in side it and its high enough to have a small brazier inside. I would be willing to hire it out for events at a reasonable fee. PM me if you are interested. Bear in mind how much marquees cost to hire normally this could be a real bargain for you. I am in Hampshire so not too far away. Anyway think about it:O)
