Hi my name's Giles Meakin and I've recently set up as a freelance illustrator.
I've been working in the industry for over five years now and I figured it was about time I broke out on my own. My last place of work was Alchemy Carta Ltd, where I worked as a designer/illustrator under Stuart Dilley.
I work these days in a mixture of traditional and digital techniques, which allows me a great deal of flexibilty.
Below you'll find my "card" and a link to my temporary portfolio online where you'll see examples of other character portraits and commissions I've completed. I'm currently working on a website which should be up and running soon.
