Not sure if this is the right place to post this but couldn't think of anywhere else.
One the Terms and Conditions forum I think there's a typo
"3) Should you feel bullied or intimidated by another user, please tell either a moderator, the admin, or send an email to allen.stroud@rule7.co.uk we will then ask three people_it_trusts and who are not directly connected to the complaint to see if it is valid, and take appropriate action."
Also when I was registering the red box that appears at the top of the screen was partially obscured by the blue Forum button left over from the screen before. Don't know if thats my computer being a rimweasel or not but thought I'd mention it.

Also a question - how do you make text bold etc? I was going to highlight the "it" but none of the buttons seemed ot do anything for me.

The red box being obscured is a case of the "Rim Weasel" as you put it.
Bold text is acheived using a lowercase b between [ and ] symbols. Like this...
