| The National Living History fayre has had to change venue, the new venue will be Warwick exhibition centre. The dates are 26th-28th October. If i can get more info inc directions i will post here. It is a re-enacters fayre but ourselfs and darkblade should be there.

I hate to disagree but you might confuse some of the regulars with that statement. The Living History Fayre has been at the same venue for the last two years. There is also the Reenactors Fair, but that is completely seperate. That is based at The Sports Connexion near Ryton.

The Living History Fayre has been at the same venue for the last two years. There is also the Reenactors Fair, but that is completely seperate. That is based at The Sports Connexion near Ryton. You are right, it has been at Warwick for the last 2 years but had planned a change of venue to Aston leisure centre this year, and has been advertised as such. This venue has had to cancel (don't have the details yet for why, sorry) so they are back at Warwick exhibition centre.

If I may add my 1/2p, I would suggest that if you can only make one of the two markets, The Original Re-enactors Market (TORM, held at Ryton on Dunsmore) is far better IMO. They have a larger selection of traders and generally a better range of periods as well. Particularly for Maelstrommers, where you might be looking at a less medeival bias.
Of course, if you can make it to both then you're laughing.
