Rule7's complaints procedure is that if you are offended or believe that something should be altered on a thread you need to contact a Moderator or Administrator off thread. The more specifically you detail the nature of the problem (as you see it) the easier it is for us to make a judgement.

All of the moderators and administrators are easy to contact via their PM boxes or email addresses in their profile, please make use of these contact details as otherwise you are actually the person who is breaching the terms of use.   

EDIT - Further to this, as a kind user has pointed out, we have a report function. This also routes messages through to a relevant moderator.
