I'll be there, in the Harts. Probably making tea and providing cake.

I'll be there. Either in the Vipers or the Alchemists.

PS Join the Alchemists. We hardly ever poison you to death... on purpose.

Indeed. I've heard he has a right pretty mouth...

Tart (8/10/2007)

You mean believing the hype that there will be 5000 people at the gathering? TBH i haven't really thought about it. How many do go?

They'll be lucky to get half that this year... least unless theres a significant pickup on other events.

Still waiting on something, so am left really confused and uncertain until it arrives or phones through, companies house has given me a name and said to deal with them as they claim its nothing to do with them???? I think companies house may have lost the plot and lost track of what companies are doing and now only doing a half assed job only collecting accounts to cut costs??????, I don't yet know which organisation regulates companies house to get them sorted from above as its senior personel were hiding behind paid employees (my guess is the paid employees were terrified of loosing their jobs if they admitted everyone on fat cat salaries were playing golf or worse) and were not acting in a customer focused manner I suspect its the FSA that you need to use to get onto companies house about its unprofessional board members, so back to the question who knows its getting very close though, so at this time I cant answer for a definitive or not.

Fair enough. I'll revise my numbers. Still, finding 3 people in a crowd of 2500 is still not the easiest thing in the world.

Well tart, I reckon you can settle the whole dilema by counting all the attendees for us!

Well I am no good at counting, took me several attempts to count about 150 people seated at desks, let alone moving around.

Still uncertain as to what the rules are on who is allowed to go as the person companies house named and refered me to from their limited records has not yet phoned back to say who is allowed to go. The telephone receptionist got very upset when giving out his name and was almost crying as she was claiming to not be able to put me through to Gareth Jones so I could get it sorted from the top apparently to get Gareth Jones to start to do some work and get companies sorted from the top I need to get Sir Brian Bender who is the secretary for the department of trade and industry to start to pressurise him under "executive responsibility". Following chains of command and executive control is getting really strange, I am starting to wonder at this rate if I will end up having to chase the Prime Minster, Queen or General Secretary of the United Nations to presurise their subordinates to turn up for work, stop playing golf and pull their finger out, does make you wonder why all these people are on 6 or 7 figure salaries when they could get an administator to do the job on a bottom end five figure salary without the expectation that they are able to anticipate and stratigally plan everything 5 years in advance which is what the additional figures are meant to be paying for but they seem not to be doing, probably being too busy playing golf (actually probably other activities but best not to say as they may be illigal in certain juristictions), breeding and squandering their salaries.

Though with luck I will be counting if people want.
