I was sat in Cheltenham, cursing the rain for causing all trains to be cancelled. Now I'm sat here coping with no running water. Anybody who says conditions at Tolmer's were bad is welcome to swap lives with me for the week ahead.

| Look on the bright side Tom- the water peaked 2" below Gloucester quayside so at least you still have electricity- so as long as it doesn't pee down tonight or tomorrow you might have some chance of returning to normal, well as normal as 'nam ever gets. My daughter Laura lives in Matson and was in Asda on Saturday she actually saw people fighting over bottled water!
