Traditionally I write something along these lines every year. It'll be short this year as (a) I'm busy and (b) I'm over a month late & so forgetful too. Other refs or players or crew would be more than welcome to add commentary though.
OK, so here goes:
* Budget. We were expecting to be short of cash this year as we spent a fair bit on materials & costume, mostly for Adventure II as we'd not done any Corinthian adventures before & so were short on appropriate kit (whereas we'd done a Nordheimer-ish adventure each year, and a Turanian/Hyrkanian region one last year, so were OK for that kit). Fortunately, with 3 late-ish bookings at the higher price of £75 each on top of our initial 12 bookings, we were just about able to break even, other than a portion of the ref travel expenses.
* Food. Generally this was sufficient, & varied, I thought. In fact, I thought it was bloody fantastic, but tastes vary.
* Tavern nights. Thanks to a bigger ref team, & more pre-game involvement from at least some of the players, we were able to have 3 varied & reasonably plot-packed tavern nights, all of which seemed to go marvellously.
* Adventures. Generally these went well. Players & crew alike were impressive with their stamina in traipsing up & down hills for 3 days solid.
* Site. Again, generally good with a few minor hiccups that I'll mention on the What Went Wrong thread. I hope to write a more full review of the site sometime soon, as it would work well for other events too I think.
* Players. Again, in general we were very lucky to have some old stalwarts back along (Jenko, Lou, Tom, Simon) along with new players who were willing to throw themselves wholeheartedly into both playing & crewing as necessary.
Overall this was our most successful event yet, in terms of fidelity to our Vision Thing, and all that. I think.

Hyborian Tales: Crew, cook, dogsbody, general labourer, toilet cleaner ("Dangerously overoptimistic ref" -- Tom Nowell)
Otherwise usually crew ("Quite spry & fit, & willing to wear a big costume & run around a lot" -- various event organisers)

Oh yeah, also what went right:
* Kit blagging. We got 9 suits of Greek-style (ish) leather armour from the local theatre at a very reasonable price. We got the old troll costume from Vikings for nothing, and transformed it into a newer, mightier troll costume with the addition of a dozen or so old fur coats cut into strips & glued all over it. Andy Rimmer supplied a fine Dryad / Forest Demon costume he'd bought. Sorted.
