You know... there is nothing like watching a bad Kevin Costner film to make you realise that there is a particular aspect of Avar that hasn't been fully explored yet... more specifically, a particular tribe who have not been explored very much... I feel a plotline coming on...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Whispering God is your friend... trust the Whispering God... Waypoint: Head referee (also Lugnan, Dr Solon, Johnathon Cross...) Riftworld: Formerly Neven (AKA Dr Thaddeus Brown), now high priest of the Whispering God cult and therefore crew... Blood Red Roses: Sir Phillipe De Richlieu, Knight Inquisitor of the Blessed Order of Our Lady of Sorrows, the Knights of the Bloody Tears Artificer: Karl du Pont, Master Alchemist, Militia Special Investigator M&M: Sir Joshua Hartley

Let me guess, The Postman? Watched that last weekend, was actually a bloody good film if you don't expect explosions every three seconds.

| But if I changed it... then it would disappear from all posts ever and then your post would be meaningless and the whole nature of space and time would unravel... Surely it would be like killing my own grandfather? So you could argue it is safer not to change it... or maybe I already have? And, no, the really bad Costner film was actually Waterworld. It made me remember the Boatmen...

| Ah... Indeed that was a bad Costner movie. The postman was much better if a little slow and would make funky avar plot. In waypoint Waterworld would be: "A Lone Onym risks it all to retrive human girl from the evil clutches of an Avari scavenger gang."
