Male housemate wanted to share a 2 bedroom house in Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, with myself.
£250pm (checking to see if bond required but it wont be any more than the rent amount)
Bills/Phone/Council Tax etc shared on top.
The house has 2 spare rooms, attic space, garage and shed.
It is due to be decorated and have new windows put in. We are good friends with the landlady too.
The furniture is my own and I'm happy to share its use.
