Ace photos -- please pass on my thanks to Jon!
We have some too, but either our memory card or our card reader is on the blink...

The Top 3 are the mighty Shemite's with their guardian angel (Jon) and the Choosen One bearing 3 most excellent looking javelins...
The Bottom 3 and the middle right are the Corinthians getting beaten to death by Gimps (sorry more Corinthinans)
The centre is the Guernsey collective preparing for the Nordenheim tavern.
The middle left is a very very wet crew sheltering under some spooky looking trees before running down the hill to eat sausages

The Greek Gimp outfits looked ACE on the people they were originally designed for -- a mix of fit actors and professional bodybuilders at Clwyd Theatr Cymru's production of "Troilus & Cressida." Unfortunately yer typical LRPer type, even yer hardcore HT player, often doesn't quite have the rippling muscles the armour was designed to show off.
Helmets made by the HT team, though.
BTW, Bryn or Jenko, can you ask Jon if it's OK to reuse the pics on the HT website? We may well photoshop out the cars though.

Erm, as a none player, I might be missing something but wouldn't it have been better not to hold the adventure in a car park in the first place? It can't have done a lot for immersion!

I see no cars....
The logistics were such that the final encounter was best run back at base to save carrying an awful lot of kit an awful long way in the rain (I assume).
The encounter could possibly have been held up around the back of the building as ours was on the final day thus avoiding the cars I guess but they didn't cause a problem for me (who was inside stripping off wet kit at the time....bad Jenko)

Yeah, we had quite a lot of kit to get changed into for the final encounter, & it did make more sense to have it at the front of the building rather than the back. For the Monday adventure (Jenko's) the final encounter could be round the back because it was their planned destination; for the Sunday one (the one with the Corinthians), the final encounter was intended to be a surprise, an ambush taking place as the PCs arrived back at base.
I would have happily come out onto the road with it -- the roads in the area are so quiet that the occasional encounter on them wasn't a problem -- but the players came back faster than I'd anticipated! I was most of the way into my own Corinthian armour when they showed up, and there were still 2 or 3 suits of it on the floor in the Secret Kit Room. Still, half a dozen or so armoured hoplites and various hangers-on proved enough of a challenge anyway.
I don't much like cars, but there are some sites where you just have to ignore them. This was one -- a very small site with the even smaller car park being right by the only entrance. The many miles of upland, wetland, forest & moorland in the immediate area more than make up for that, I think, as do the hot showers & other luxurious accommodations.
