My Googlefu skills have failed me.
What I would like is a large leather bound ledger book. Failing that, any large lined book which I can then convert.
If anyone has one, or can point me in the right direction, then beer/chocolate/bacon sandwiches will be sent your way.

Evenlode do nice leather bound books and ledgers, with either plain covers, or inscriptions (Captain's Log, Acocunts etc.)
The web presence is pretty basic, but they trade at LT and Maelstrom. I think the big ledgers are in the region of £15, I don't know how much extra a custom cover is, but I know they will do one for you if you want it.

| When I needed a large, old bible I just found phone numbers for second hand book shops and started phoning. Got one cheap and easily on my third call. You're 'BOUND' to find a leather book with that method. (please forgive the pun, it's what I do). Matt J

| dependant on what you are looking for, I bind and sell books. I have a few A4 books in stock at the moment and one A5. If you are after an IC book, then might I suggest one of mine. If you are after an OOC thing, professional book binders will charge an arm and a leg (possibly a spleen too) for a proper lined ledger book with marbled page ends. The A4 books that I make are all made from scratch by stitching individual folios together with blank white paper (the A5 is made with gold parchment), not lined unfortunately but they can be added. The bonus with mine is that they are substantial pieces of kit (over an inch and a half thick in most cases). Normally around 200 leaves which equates to approximately 400 sides of paper. Out of the three that I have in stock at the mo, two have embossed pentagrams on the cover (I normally sell them as books of shadows) They both have suede covers, one black and one wine. The other one isn't embossed and is bound in black leather. These books are ostensibly end of lines as I'm winding down the business and I can let them go for a substantial reduction of the normal price.
