Parking: There is a car park at Nantyr OEC, but it's quite little. I anticipate there will be 12 cars. I think there are 4 marked car parking spaces. Still there is a drive, and I'm pretty sure we can squeeze 5 cars into the 4 spaces, and there's some turning space. I think it's doable as long as people don't mind parking close together and boxing each other in. Please bear this in mind on arrival!
Arrival: There will probably be crew on site on most of Friday. Players can arrive pretty much whenever they like, though after 4 in the afternoon will probably be best. Time In will be at 8pm or soon after; arriving later than Time In should not be a problem. I THINK that here is access to the sleeping quarters (big rooms at the front of the building, with lots of windows) from the terrace at the front; if so, I'll try to ensure those are unlocked so that people arriving after 8 have a chance to get in & unpacked and IC without having to walk through an IC area.
Here's an approximate timescale:
Friday: Time in from 8pm till the last person's asleep; Nordheim mead hall
Saturday: Adventure from around 11am to 5pm. We'll aim to start a little earlier than that if possible, but realistically, with breakfast and crew briefings and general faffing, it's going to be around 11. Tavern evening (Corinthian taverna) from around 6pm or 7pm onwards (giving an hour or two for people to get changed, get a shower, chill out, get briefed if NPCing, etc.). Time out when the last person's asleep.
Sunday: Adventure from around 11am to 5pm. Tavern evening (Turanian den of iniquity) from around 6pm or 7pm onwards. Time out when the last person's asleep; we recommend a reasonably early night on the Sunday so that people have a chance to get an early start on Monday.
Monday: Adventure from (hopefully) 10am to 4pm. We'll get an earlier start if people are ready earlier. Final Time Out will be at around 4pm. Players should be off site ASAP after that, unless they want to help tidy up of course.
Food will generally be served IC in the evening as part of the tavern, with IC lunches as part of the adventure, and OOC breakfasts given that most people (me included) can't quite manage to get in character before they've had their morning bacon/coffee/beer/whatever. As ever, let me know ASAP if you have special dietary requirements.

Another quickie on breakfasts -- at present we plan for the usual British staples of eggs, bacon, rolls, mushrooms, and cornflakes (not all on the same dish). However I personally often like weird food such as hot smoked fish and nuts and fruit for breakfast. Is it just me? If anyone else wants odd breakfasts, let me know, so that you don't end up nicking my kippers.
