Yep. We did the first one in November last year, and this one coming will the the third one.

There was a freeform Neverwhere LRP in London at one point in time and I know Cheesypig was looking at setting one up in Cambridge

We were really surprised by the response for the first game (the second game was a little quieter). We didn't realise that Neverwhere has such a following, and we certainly didn't expect our players to go to the lengths that they did.

People were turning up with suitcases full of junk to trade at the market, and tea urns of soup, and pumpkin pies, and artists, and armour-smiths etc. One guy even made a "Mr Punch" puppet and walked around all night with a swozzle (which can't have been comfy) doing the voice.

I'd say go for it. Its been really good fun for us so far. The only problem we've encountered is finding suitably impressive venues for a reasonable price. Floating Markets won't work in pub function rooms and the last place we hired was just over £200 for the evening.

If you get the players though then its do-able. If you want any help / suggestions let me know

Just a quick reminder really that BB3 is now just less than 6 weeks away, so can we encourage people to get bookings / characters / downtimes etc in as soon as possible

We're (once again) trying to avoid the last minute rush that we had at the first two games, so it would really help if people could submit those asap to brightonbelow@gmail.com

Completely found this game by accident while searching for something on google.  Love the idea as I am a MASSIVE fan of the book and TV series.

The website is good but has two massive flaws:

1. No price for the event or times.

2. No contact details at all that I could find.  If I wasn't a memeber on this forum and thought I might get lucky searching for this game (and obviously did) I couldn't have found out anymore about it.

It is very far for me and I have no car, but may come down at some point.  I am interested in running one in Nottingham Below.  If we could have the games loosly linked I think that could be cool.  Also we have actual cave systems under the city which we maybe able to rent.

If the guy(s) who run this want to email me at ross.daughtrey@nottinghamcity.gov.uk with some of the info that would be great.  Or PM me as my work email can be funny sometimes.

Hi Ross,

I thought there were contact details and prices etc on there. Theres an OOC information page, but will go back and try and make it more visible

We're more than happy to help with "crossover" games, and feel free to steal any background / rules that you'd like. Likewise for anyone else who'd want to start a game in their city

Prices are £10 per ticket (£8 if you're a Dark Light LRP member). Times are Time in at 5pm, Time out at 10pm.

We can be contacted on brightonbelow@gmail.com

Discovered yesterday that people were having trouble logging on to the BB forum boards due to the anti-spam measures.

I've removed this for the time being if people wanted to register
