So a friend of mine and I are currently discussing setting up a post apocalyptic horror game, and I was thinking that if I could find a site that's fairly run down and wasteland-like, it might seriously add to the atmosphere of the game. Ideally it should have some woodland or a building complex, at least one decent sized building that could be used as a tavern, running water and toilets, with washing facilities and electricity being desirable extras.
Anyone know any good sites?

As the friend mentioned in the above post I'd also like to add that the site ideally not be open to the public.If I wuz you, I'd go find out about Paintball/Quasar. That would seem to tick all your boxes. Perhaps all the paint stains are what used to be people before yer "Captain Trips" finished them off?

Good point. Non-public a necessity, along with exclusive use.
The paintball sites seems a good idea. You dont usually get paint stains nowadays cos they usually use very biodegradable paint.
