| Well since atheism is a faith (yeh right) I must get all the beneifts too - WOOT! If not, can I simply worship my own body? With Oil?

Well, given that many of the benefits seem to come from physiological effects of the practices of worship, er, probably not, unless you regularly get together with other atheists to sing hymns about how science can explain everything. Joking aside, that's why something like Humanism works quite well -- you still have services for the important stuff, like rites of passage.
Of course so long as you sometimes gather with like-minded seekers after consciousness expansion and do some shamanic ecstatic dance/drug stuff somewhere with loud music and flashing lights, you might be onto a winner... although you might miss out on the whole feeling stronger as a community benefit, unless you're especially loved up and never get sold a bad E.
