| Just to announce that the next SINergy event will be tomorrow. Cyberpunk with all the trimmings. Time In at 17:00
Time Out at 22:00 IC club setting, licensed bar, Industrial, Techno, Rock and some ecclectic stuff for fun and flavour. Bank holiday on monday so no excuses. Website can be found here

| Given that Sinergy already has a forum, I understand why it doesn't have one on here. However, I reckon there should be a pinned thread here with a link to the website. Could such a thing be arranged?

You could always simulate that by bumping this thread just before an event with a update/invite and then after with a bit of froth  . The first poster could then update the first post with any new information. Is it still in Nottingham atm? Might be an idea to get that into the post title to grab the passing trade.

| The event is hosted at the Leicester Square club, Leicester, on the first Sunday of every month. www.sinergylarp.com But I was more thinking that they have a discussion board with forums just like this (both an IC and OOC one) and that a direct link to that could be put on a sticky thread in this forum or maybe under the section on specific game-dedicated forums, rather than creating a new one which would be pointless. Can the people with the know-how please arrange this?

Can someone give more of an idea as to how things work in a LRP that happens in a pub function room?
(I guess all out combat is an no no?)
In fact any reviews of past games would be cool.

Not too sure to be honest, give them a couple of days and send an email if it's urgent. The venue is the one of the floors in the local rock/metal/alternative club, so it's dark & dingy with furniture designed to put up with drunken clubbers and fighting LARPers.
Combat tends towards firearms with point and call mechanics - why bring a knife to a gun fight?
