| The only one I know of is Sinergy which is somewhere in the midlands (Coventry). Other than that, I don't know. Many sci fi events which run over weekends contain elements of cyberpunk - Riftworld and Waypoint both do, for example. They occasionally run in the south. The question is: exactly what elements of cyberpunk do you want to see? What sort of event do you want to attend?
