Why can't I post a pre-written post?  It's really annoying since I'm timed on net access at work.

I think I found a solution

I’ve found that if you type up most of the message first on Word or whatever, apart from the first line of what you want to say.

Then when you go into Rule 7, type in your first line before you Paste the rest of your text in.

You need to shuffle the font and colour to make it match. Still haven’t found exactly what colour the rest of the R7 fonts are in (havent changed anything here for emphasis)

That works for me

It is really really really annoying though, so if it can be fixed......

The method I use is to prewrite in word then copy then click the html button on the reply section paste your text in there, then click design again. Voila!

You may have to add spacing etc.

I think James went through this in a labelled thread, but I can't find it.

However most of the reasons and suggested solutions are listed here:

I've never had a problem, but then I've only ever tried to paste pure text from a text editor.
Presumably Word is trying to be too clever.
