| Perth-y-pia is a farm in wales (near abergavenny) which has a remote farmhouse converted into a guesthouse which I've used many many times for week long lrp events. There's even two houses so the crew are nicely seperate but close by and they have no problem with combat etc. It's got showers n stuff and proper kitchens. Afraid I haven't got contact details though...

I would agree that Perth-y-pia is excellent for running small party events. We used the larger (and more modern) house for monsters, and the smaller house for the players. The owners are extremely helpful and as long as everything is put back they are happy for people running LRP events to put up hangings, remove lightbulbs, use candles etc. the scenery is stunning, although the hills can be a nightmare. But for running overland during the day, and all nighters around the house it can't be faulted. I've been on many events at Perth-y-pia and would heartily recommend it.
