Ok, I admit I failed the IQ test... See I went to the website and the cupboard was bare. I've looked all over the forum and I found nothing there...
I realise this is the exclusive game of 2007 but my glorious group leader has delegated to me to sort the group bookings out for the event. The promised land Event 2 thread says:

Hi Mat
The booking forms were originaly sent out by email to previous crew and was as people who played the first event. Unfortunately a change in our web hosting meant that we were not able to post these to the site straight away.
If anybody is after a booking form then please pm me with your email address and i will get one sent to you.
