In december last year a group of friends and myself started a 7th sea LARP it is a fairly simple 1 day system, the last tim we run, we used the univeristies guild which was very good apart from the very expensive room hire fee and the noise from the night club downstairs. We have decided now that it would be a better idea to try and find somewhere else.
So I ask you great minded ones, does anyone know of a venue or place that we could run a one day event indoors in the northwest?
Will be very grateful for any ideas.

1-day, no overnight stuff -- look into village halls, community halls, etc.

also working men's clubs as well. We have used a couple of these over the years and they can be very cheap and often aren't as booked out as pubs and similar.
